Welcome to Blue Wings Tax. By accessing our website at bluewingstax.com or our client portal at bluewingstaxportal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Blue Wings Tax provides the following professional services:

  • Tax preparation and filing (individual, business, and international)
  • ITIN application and Certified Acceptance Agent services
  • Tax advisory and planning
  • Bookkeeping and payroll services
  • Business formation (LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp)
  • Virtual CFO and business advisory services
  • CTA BOI and BE-12/13 filing

Services are subject to separate engagement agreements signed prior to commencement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Blue Wings, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for your tax returns or other services
  • Notify us promptly of any changes in your financial or personal circumstances
  • Review all documents prepared on your behalf before they are filed with any authority
  • Pay agreed fees in a timely manner as outlined in your service agreement
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your client portal login credentials

You acknowledge that the accuracy of your returns depends on the accuracy of information you provide. Blue Wings is not liable for penalties or errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins
  • Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in your service agreement
  • We reserve the right to pause or cease work if outstanding invoices remain unpaid after 15 days
  • All fees are quoted and payable in US Dollars (USD)

5. Confidentiality

Blue Wings maintains strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with IRS Circular 230, applicable state regulations, and professional ethical standards. We do not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for the direct purpose of delivering your services (e.g., filing with the IRS).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Blue Wings is not liable for any IRS audits, penalties, or interest arising from incorrect information provided by the client
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct on our part.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Blue Wings Tax and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Client Portal Use

Access to the Blue Wings client portal is provided for secure document submission and service tracking. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Not share your account with unauthorized individuals
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Use the portal only for lawful purposes related to your engagement with Blue Wings

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • You remain liable for fees for work completed up to the termination date
  • We will return your original documents upon request
  • Access to the client portal may be deactivated after 30 days of termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
